Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our client services team via the portal or email within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original manufacturer box with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact before placing it in a secure shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Transit

  Affix the provided prepaid FedEx International Priority label and drop off the package at an authorized location for fully insured transit to our inspection centers.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our master watchmakers will verify the watch's condition and serial numbers; once cleared, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
