How long does international shipping take between the US and Europe?
We offer insured express shipping globally. Typically, deliveries between our Miami and Zürich hubs take 3-5 business days, including customs clearance processing.
What is your return policy for luxury watches?
We offer a 7-day inspection period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the timepiece in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact for a full refund.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every timepiece sold by G&G Timepieces includes a 12-month limited mechanical warranty in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty that may still be active.
Which payment methods do you accept for high-value transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select cryptocurrencies. For security reasons, wire transfers are preferred for purchases exceeding $10,000.
Can I view a watch in person before purchasing?
